Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy was last updated February 9th, 2024.

Thank you for booking at The Medic Clinic.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment and have paid a deposit, we are happy to refund this in full under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Notice Period. We must be informed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment for you to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Form of Payment. Refunds can be issued:
    1. Through bank transfer.
    2. Through card over-the-phone or in-person.
    3. As credit on your account.
  3. Excluded Services. The following are not eligible for a deposit refund:
    1. HyCosy Tube Testing Procedure - this is due to the £50 deposit being used to cover the Lab Cost of the swabs required 4-7 days prior to the appointment.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once you have notified us.
