Thank you for booking at The Medic Clinic.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment and have paid a deposit, we are happy to refund this in full under the following terms and conditions:
- Notice Period. We must be informed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment for you to be eligible for a refund.
- Form of Payment. Refunds can be issued:
- Through bank transfer.
- Through card over-the-phone or in-person.
- As credit on your account.
- Excluded Services. The following are not eligible for a deposit refund:
- HyCosy Tube Testing Procedure - this is due to the £50 deposit being used to cover the Lab Cost of the swabs required 4-7 days prior to the appointment.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once you have notified us.
